Project Overview
Comprehensive MEP and heavy industrial infrastructure implementation for the prestigious Navayuga Ramayapatnam Deep Water Port project. Scope includes high-voltage substation setup, port crane power feeding lines, marine drainage networks, automated yard floodlighting, and NFPA-certified fire suppression loops across dock yards.
Scope of Work
High-voltage port substation and heavy HT/LT transformer installations.
Power distribution and motorized crane feeding busduct networks.
Stormwater drainage, marine utility piping, and public health engineering (PHE).
Certified fire fighting hydrants, monitor nozzles, and high-mast security floodlighting.
Key Challenges
Engineering marine-grade electrical and piping systems resilient against highly corrosive coastal saline air and high-vibration port crane dock movements.
Our Solutions
Deployed stainless-steel 316 marine-grade conduits, heavy anti-corrosive epoxied busways, and weatherproof IP67 distribution junction boxes across all terminal blocks.
