Project Overview

Turnkey execution of core electrical power networks, plumbing & public health engineering (PHE), and certified fire fighting systems for Aparna Sunstone. The project encompasses heavy transformer substations, multi-zone water distribution, and comprehensive life-safety grids across high-rise residential towers.

Scope of Work

High-voltage substation and HT/LT distribution panel installation.

Vertical riser busduct distribution across high-rise tower shafts.

Multi-zone hydro-pneumatic domestic water supply & PHE network.

NFPA-compliant wet riser hydrants, sprinklers, and fire pumps.

Key Challenges

Managing high vertical pressure drops in water supply networks and ensuring seamless high-capacity power distribution across active multi-tower high-rise construction.

Our Solutions

Implemented multi-zone hydro-pneumatic pumping stations equipped with pressure reducing valve (PRV) stations and automatic transfer switches for sub-6-second power switchover.
